Crust:
1 ½ cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
2 ounces cheddar cheese
½ cup half and half cream
Filling:
5 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups half and half cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
5-6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
¾ cup diced ham
1/3 cup chopped green onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and salt in medium mixing bowl. Cut in butter and add cheese. Add cream and using a fork toss the mixture until it barely holds together. Do not over mix. Form dough into ball and roll out on lightly floured board. Place dough on a nine-inch deep dish pie plate. Combine all filling ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake 50-60 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes out of oven and serve.
